All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during high order volumes, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track the status of your shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on most orders across India. You can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided during checkout are accurate. OzoneSphere will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
